ATC Members are generally welcome at all international race clubs but Members must remember that these arrangements have been established as a goodwill gesture between the clubs concerned and provide a courteous extension of Members' privileges on the occasions of intermittent, bona-fide visits only.
It is completely at the international club's discretion whether or not to offer reciprocal arrangements to ATC Members.
In some instances international clubs request the ATC to make an application for race day passes on your behalf. Therefore, applications for reciprocal privileges need to be made well in advance to the Membership Department. Please have available, the name of the club you will be visiting, travel dates, race meetings and accommodation details.
We recommend that Members contact the club they will be visiting on their arrival to confirm arrangements. It is generally required that the Member pay the racecourse admission fee and then proceed to the race day General Office where you may be required to present your ATC Members' card to collect the tickets. Some clubs prefer to forward the tickets to your Hotel or accommodation.
If you are planning on traveling, but do not wish to make any prior arrangements with race clubs, the ATC can offer you a letter of introduction, which you may present to international clubs. Please note that some clubs will only issue tickets on a pre-arranged basis so to avoid disappointment, contact the club that you wish to visit prior to the event.
