The Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival has launched in style.
TV faces such as Kendall Gilding (Channel 7 News), Courtney Thorpe (former Miss World Australia, presenter and model), and Lee Carseldine (Australian Survivor and former Queensland Bulls cricketer) posed for photos in their finest today to help kick off the Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival in style. They were joined by social ambassador, presenter and fashion blogger Kayla Boyd and Ella Golding (yet another Miss Universe Australia finalist).
The Carnival consists of five glitzy events which will be going down every Saturday from 13 May to 10 June 2017. Rammed with plenty of Group 1 races and serious prize money, the events are set to attract socialites from far and wide and the fashion benchmark will be set high. Entertainment across various events will come from Australian classic’s ACDC and Anthony Callea among others. Meanwhile in the kitchens, Brisbane Racing Club’s excellent chefs are preparing to serve more than 8000 kg of fresh Mooloolaba prawns and 1550 dozen freshly shucked oysters across the duration of the Carnival.
Other home grown celebs expected to pop up over the course of the carnival are The Bachelor’s Olena Khamula, Livin charity co-founder Sam Webb, TV presenter and model Kris Smith, model come fashion blogger Rozalia Russian, and glam super babe Nadia Bartel.
We can’t wait to see the best dressed!
